I Still Have The Limiting Belief Of "Not Enough" Creep Back Up Every Now & Then
🛑 I Still Have The Limiting Belief Of "Not Enough" Creep Back Up Every Now & Then
I've lived with it for decades, trying to prove myself to people and people please my way to earn my value in the world
So it makes sense that it's remnants still show up every once in a while
You see it's habit because these neural pathways have been active for decades before I began working to clear them
Thanks to my personal growth work that I've done and continue to do via coaching, I've gotten realllly good at
Noticing when it comes up
Witnessing myself noticing it while holding myself in love
Choosing NOT to fall into its hold & take it on
The awareness is key as well as my choosing to give myself extra kindness and grace when it comes up
And knowing that it's a temporary moment of being human
And I have my back no matter what especially in moments when my brain decides to be an asshole
We're human and our brains will be mean to us especially when they think they're protecting us from doing new and scary things (ie growing & upleveling)
💃 As a coach, I work with you to connect you to yourself, your power, your brilliance, your unique magnificence as we shed layers of limiting beliefs you've been carrying with you for years
We literally work to dismantle old unserving neural pathways and build new ones that truly support you
It feels like magic but there's science behind it!
I work with you to trust in yourself and your ability to lean into the things that matter to you especially when they feel scary and uncertain
