💃 So How Did I Extract Myself From The Lowest Lows? How Did I Get To The Other Side?

Appreciation, Gratitude, Good Feeling Thoughts, & following the bread crumb trail of what felt good (moment to moment).

✨I love drinking lemon water first thing in the morning. I appreciate the gentle cleansing that it curates in my body. It’s become a ritual that I just love doing to start my day.

✨I love walking outside. I love the fresh air. I love hearing the birds chirping and seeing them fly around me, especially the cardinals or blue jays, which I like to believe are spirit guides.

✨I love seeing doggies on my walks. Gosh, my heart melts when I see those goofy fluff balls with all of their sniffing, tail wagging, excitement wiggles, and unique personalities.

I move through my day focusing as often as I am aware on what feels good.

This is the energy that cultivates, ideas, connection, breakthroughs, inspiration, joy, love, motivation, & healing.

It becomes a habit with practice.

—Write down 3 things you choose to believe on purpose about yourself & your life

—Ask yourself what feels good & is accessible for you to focus on now & follow it (& Repeat throughout the day)

Imagine just how much this practice is rerouting your energy, is activating the regions of your brain that benevolently support you, and is positively impacting your biochemistry & nervous system all the way to the cellular level.

All of my healing, problem solving, growing & changing, creating the success I have now, and supporting myself, my loved ones & my beloved clients at the highest levels have all been downstream from this simple practice that has become a way of life for me.
