Creating peace & comfort in your life

YOU can absolutely create your own peace & comfort in your life.

Now sure external things like food, shopping, TV, people, recognition, money can often make us temporarily feel really good...

Keyword TEMPORARILY

When we rely on external things to make us feel better, we’re outsourcing our happiness & safety outside of oursleves.

Also our brains want dopamine. They don’t care where the dopamine comes from as long as they get it.

If you trained yourself to get dopamine from external things, that’s what brain will keep craving UNTIL you actively change where you get your dopamine hit from.

You see when you rely on external sources to create peace, comfort, safety, & joy for you WITHOUT actually knowing how to create them yourself, dependency forms and not so great things can happen…

Depression, anxiety, low self esteem, numbing yourself, avoiding, not being the real you, blocking yourself from wanting more & going after it, weight gain, spending “sad” money to escape, codependency & relying on others for your happiness…

The list goes on & on.

THERE IS A BETTER WAY THOUGH.

- Learning how to create comfort & peace yourself

- Learning how to tend to your nervous system & process your emotions

- Learning how to manage your mind & quieting the inner bully

This is the work I do every day myself & with my clients.

You get to model this for your people. When you heal, others can too—even from just being around you.
