Today can be a stressful time for many so here are some ways to settle your nervous system

💃 If ‘ish’ hits the fan, move your body in any way that you can & want in order to move that energy through your body so it doesn't get stuck inside

💃 HONOR YOUR ENERGY --Smile and nod if continuing a conversation is just not worth it. Engaging when others don't actually want to listen to you is a waste of your energy

💃 BREATHE -- Inhale deeply and exhale for Twice as long, repeat this 2 to 3 times to feel the release

💃 LEAVE THE ROOM -- Go to the bathroom, or get some fresh air outside to get away from the trigger to reset your nervously system

💃👉And lastly, you DON'T need to be mother fluffin understood by people that aren't ready for who you really are...

...You DON'T need to prove anything to anyone

...You are Brilliant and Magnificent as you fluffin are, as in, you don't need fixing to be worthy, deserving, valuable and enough.... YOU ALREADY ARE
