Having Access To You Is NOT An Open Door Policy

🚫 HAVING ACCESS TO YOU IS NOT AN OPEN DOOR POLICY

....especially on social media platforms where it can feel like unsolicited advice, opinions & haters can just barge on in

1. No one is entitled to have access to you, your time, your energy

2. You are NOT obligated to respond—ever— simply because you don't want to or don't feel like engaging in a conversation

3. Other people's opinions of you are NONE of your business

4. You get to create an online community that feels SAFE for you, that inspires you, that inspires good feelings in you & that lifts you up

One of my favorite BOUNDARIES is to
Block, Unfollow or Snooze anyone, at any time, for any reason

I do this all the time to allow in ONLY what feels good for me and I invite you to do the same

This feels empowering

You get to protect your energy

Everything is an exchange of energy

I may love someone IRL and also need to snooze them for a month

Or maybe a relationship with a family member is better kept off socials

It's all about your energy and what you allow in

You get to create a space that calls in ONLY of that which is loving and of the highest vibration for you

You are still very much an awesome human when you set a boundary

No one should have blanket access to you

So have fun snoozing, unfollowing, & blocking

Feel free to send them light & love as you set this social media boundary, as I like to do, whether they're a friend, family member, an acquaintance or a stranger

YOU ARE WORTH IT (and so is your energy & peace of mind)💃💃💃
